Refund & Return Policy

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned. Because supplements are consumable products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and have their original safety seal intact. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned or resold, so they are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping. We cover return shipping on all eligible returns. Contact us and we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund, even if the product was opened.

Exchanges. We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like something different, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items. Opened or used supplements, and any product marked final sale at purchase.

How to start a return. Email help@e3supps.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll take it from there.
