We would like to note that we specifically chose not to include creatine or beta-alanine in this formula and for good reasons. While we believe in the effectiveness and benefits of creatine, we believe it is best suited to take as its own supplement and should not be included in a preworkout. Some companies load their formula with creatine solely for the fact that it is cheaper to do so, rather than use high quality and effective preworkout ingredients. They also like to include beta-alanine so consumers get that hot and itchy sensation to “feel” like something is working. Not us! You will feel our formula working and will avoid the hot, itchy beta-alanine side effects.

• Niacin: A type of B vitamin that offers a variety of health benefits. It acts as an antioxidant and helps the body to make and repair DNA. It is a major component of NAD and NADP which help the body to regulate metabolism and is shown to boost brain function to improve cognition and memory. • L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1: A combination of L-citrulline and Malic Acid in a 2:1 ratio. This supplement improves blood flow to muscle tissue to enhance nutrient delivery to the muscles.
